World of Hyatt Participation
1. What new brand joined World of Hyatt and what are the participating hotels?
Five Dream hotels have joined World of Hyatt–Dream Downtown, Dream Hollywood, Dream Midtown, Dream Nashville and Dream South Beach.
2. What other hotels joined from the Dream Hotels Group portfolio?
In addition to welcoming the Dream Hotels brand, The Chatwal New York and The Chatwal Lodge joined The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand and World of Hyatt on January 19, 2023, and April 5, 2023, respectively. In addition, The Time New York and Unscripted Durham joined the JdV by Hyatt brand and World of Hyatt on April 5, 2023, and June 28, 2023, respectively.
3. When did each participating Dream hotel join World of Hyatt?
The Dream hotels began participating in World of Hyatt on the dates noted below. World of Hyatt members can earn and redeem points and enjoy in-hotel benefits on eligible stays at each hotel after the hotel began participating in World of Hyatt.

4. I made a reservation for a stay at a participating Dream Hotels location with a check-in date after the hotel participates in World of Hyatt. How do I earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits for this stay?
To earn World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Nights once a hotel participates in World of Hyatt, you must:
1. Be a member of World of Hyatt, or join
2. Associate your World of Hyatt membership number with the reservation at the time of check-in and be a registered guest staying at the participating hotel.
3. Pay an Eligible Rate (see the World of Hyatt terms for details on Eligible Rates)
4. Complete your stay

5. Does the Dream Hotels brand participate in the Brand Explorer Award?
Yes, the Dream Hotels brand participates in the Brand Explorer Award. Members can earn towards the Brand Explorer Award for a stay at a Dream hotel after the hotel begins participating in World of Hyatt. Stays at a hotel before it started participating in World of Hyatt will not count towards the Brand Explorer Award. In order for an eligible stay to qualify to earn credit towards a Brand Explorer Award, it must be at a participating Dream Hotel and have a checkout date after the date that hotel began participating in World of Hyatt.
6. Can I earn World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night Credit and in-hotel benefits for stays at each of the participating Dream Hotels locations before the applicable hotel began participating in World of Hyatt?
No, World of Hyatt points, Tier-Qualifying Night credit and in-hotel benefits will not be awarded for any stay with a checkout date on or prior to when a hotel began participating in World of Hyatt. Please see question 4 for full details on which hotels participate in World of Hyatt and when each hotel began participating.
7. I checked out of a stay at a participating hotel after the date the hotel began participating in World of Hyatt but didn’t receive my points or Tier-Qualifying Night Credit. How can I get points for my stay and ensure I get credit toward tier status?
To receive World of Hyatt points for eligible spend on a past stay at a participating hotel with a checkout date after the hotel began participating in World of Hyatt, you can contact the Global Care Center at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com or 800.544.9288/402.593.8615.

8. What can I redeem my points for at participating hotels within the Dream Hotels brand?
Members can redeem points for Standard Room, Club, Standard Suite and Premium Suite Free Night Award options at participating Dream Hotels.
9. Can I redeem points for dining, spa or incidentals on property during my stay at participating hotels within the Dream Hotels brand?
Members can earn and redeem for dining, spa and more at Dream Nashville now. Stay tuned for whether this will be offered at other Dream hotels. Members will not be able to redeem for incidental charges at time of checkout during their stay at any of the Dream hotels.
10. Can I redeem Points + Cash at hotels in the Dream Hotels brand?
Yes, Points + Cash awards are valid at participating Dream Hotels.
11. Will these hotels be part of the standard Free Night Award chart (Cat 1-8)?
Yes, participating Dream Hotels are all categorized in the standard Free Night Award chart.
12. Where do I find a list of hotels and how many points each requires for a Free Night Award?
Visit the Free Night Award Chart for a complete overview of the award options available, including the number of points required at each of the participating hotel within portfolio.
13. What Milestone Reward options do participating hotels in the Dream Hotels brand participate in?

14. How do I book a Standard Suite Upgrade Award at participating hotels with the Dream Hotels brand?
You can contact the Global Care Center at worldofhyatt@hyatt.com or 800.544.9288/402.593.8615. Suite Upgrade Awards are usable with an existing reservation when you are paying an Eligible Rate and have booked through hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app or by contacting the Global Care Center.
