1. Can I earn World of Hyatt points at Exhale locations?
Yes, once you connect your World of Hyatt account to your Exhale account via exhalespa.com/world-of-hyatt, you will be able to earn 10 Base Points per eligible dollar spent at participating Exhale locations.
2. I don’t have an Exhale account. Can I still earn at Exhale locations?
You will need to set up an Exhale account via exhalespa.com/world-of-hyatt. Once you have created an Exhale account, you will be prompted to sign into your new Exhale account to finish the connection process.
3. What qualifies as eligible spend at Exhale locations?
Eligible Exhale Spend is all purchases made directly by a Member with Exhale online or by telephone or at a Participating Exhale Location, except items designated as ineligible. Ineligible spend includes customized third-party events (including teacher training), activities at Excluded Exhale Locations (even if purchased via Exhale), and purchases made through third parties (including without limitation ClassPass, Gilt, RueLaLa, MB Connect, Spa Finder). Ineligible spends also include purchases of gift cards, taxes and gratuities.
4. I’m an elite member in World of Hyatt. Will I also earn my tier Bonus Points?
Yes, you will receive your elite tier Bonus Points (e.g. Explorist members will earn 20% Bonus Points) on eligible spend at participating Exhale locations.
5. I have a Hyatt credit card. Will I earn Bonus Points when spending on my Hyatt credit card at Exhale locations?
Yes, Hyatt Credit Cardmembers will earn 3 Bonus Points per eligible $1 spent at participating Exhale locations and for Exhale On Demand subscriptions purchased on exhalespa.com. World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers will earn 4 Bonus Points per eligible $1 spent at participating Exhale locations and for Exhale On Demand subscriptions purchased on exhalespa.com.
6. Can I redeem my World of Hyatt points at Exhale locations?
Yes, World of Hyatt members can redeem points at participating Exhale locations on fitness classes and certain spa therapies. Members can redeem 2,000 points for any single fitness class, and 12,000 points for any 60-minute facial or a 60-minute massage.
7. If I cancel my class or spa therapy at Exhale, will I get my points back into my World of Hyatt account?
No, once you redeem your World of Hyatt points for an Exhale class or spa therapy, you will receive a credit within your Exhale account. You will have one year to use a spa credit and one month to use a fitness class credit before it expires.
If you book then decide you’d like to change or cancel that class, your credit will be put back into your Exhale account instead of getting points back into your World of Hyatt account (subject to Exhale cancellation policies).

9. I’m an elite member in World of Hyatt. Will I enjoy elite member benefits at Exhale locations?
We are currently offering Exhale benefits to Explorist and Globalist members. Explorist members will receive one free Week of Wellbeing. Globalist members will also receive a Week of Wellbeing and free fitness classes at participating Exhale locations while on qualifying stays at Hyatt hotels. Qualifying stays are those stays on an Eligible Rate or Free Night Award, Room Upgrade Award, or a Points + Cash Award at Hyatt branded properties.
10. How do I access my elite member awards with Exhale?
You will first need to connect your accounts on exhalespa.com/world-of-hyatt. After you’ve connected, if you’re eligible for an award, you’ll see them on your profile.
11. Where can I find a list of Exhale locations?
You can find a list of all Exhale locations at exhalespa.com/locations. Note: Select Exhale locations are not participating in the program.
12. What Exhale locations are participating?
All Exhale locations are participating except Exhale Bermuda, airport locations in The Centurion Lounges, and private Exhale locations (e.g., 45 Province and Manhattan House). Private Exhale locations participate in a limited manner that allows those individuals with access to such locations to earn, but not redeem points or enjoy other benefits, there. Centurion® lounge locations do not offer services that will be able to earn and redeem within the program.
