World of Hyatt – Peloton® Earning Terms

(Effective May 7, 2025)

These terms and conditions (“Peloton® Earning Terms”) govern Bonus Point earning opportunities in the World of Hyatt program (“Program”) for guests who complete a qualifying workout on certain eligible Peloton®-branded exercise equipment at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort. These Peloton® Earning Terms are part of the World of Hyatt Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) that govern the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Terms, including these Peloton® Earning Terms.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Peloton® Earning Terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Peloton® Earning Terms and the rest of the Terms, these Peloton® Earning Terms will govern solely with regard to the ability of a Member to earn World of Hyatt Bonus Points for certain qualifying Peloton® workouts completed at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort.

Earning Points

(a) Link Peloton® and World of Hyatt Accounts

To participate in this point-earning opportunity, a Member must first have (or create) a valid Peloton® account and must link their Peloton® account to their World of Hyatt Program account. To link accounts, please visit www.onepeloton.com/partners/hyatt/connect

Only one Peloton® account may be linked to your Program account. You only need to link your accounts once, unless you subsequently request that your accounts be unlinked or if your Peloton® account is closed for any reason. (If you have previously linked your accounts and would like to request that they be unlinked, please contact Peloton Member Support at (866) 679-9129 for assistance. Once you unlink your accounts, you will no longer be able to participate in this earning opportunity.)

Only Qualifying Workouts completed after a Member has successfully linked their Peloton® and World of Hyatt Program accounts will count for this earning opportunity. No Bonus Points will be retroactively awarded for any workout completed prior to account linking.

(b) Complete a Qualifying Workout

This offer is valid only at certain Hyatt hotels and resorts that offer eligible Peloton® exercise equipment in their fitness center and elect to participate in this earning opportunity (collectively, the “Peloton® Participating Properties”). Only Members staying at Peloton® Participating Properties are eligible to earn World of Hyatt Bonus Points. Peloton® Participating Properties may be added or removed based on the current availability of Eligible Peloton® Equipment (defined below) at such Hyatt hotel or resort. In addition, only certain models of Peloton® equipment are eligible for a Qualifying Workout (defined below), namely: Peloton® Bike, Peloton® Bike+, and Peloton® Row (collectively, the “Eligible Peloton® Equipment”).

 

For purposes of these Peloton® Earning Terms, a “Qualifying Workout” occurs when a Member:

1. Has successfully linked their Peloton® and World of Hyatt Program accounts prior to commencement of the workout;

2. Is staying at a Peloton® Participating Property and has logged into their Peloton® account on a piece of Eligible Peloton® Equipment in the fitness center of a Peloton® Participating Property; and

3. Successfully completes one Peloton® workout program of at least twenty (20) minutes in duration. (Both guided and self-guided/manual workouts are eligible, provided that they meet the 20-minute minimum.)   

For each Qualifying Workout a Member completes, they will earn one hundred (100) World of Hyatt Bonus Points – up to a maximum of one (1) Qualifying Workout per calendar day and ten (10) Qualifying Workouts per calendar month. (However, Hyatt may offer promotions that permit Members to complete more Qualifying Workouts and/or earn more Bonus Points per Qualifying Workout in a calendar month. Additional terms related to any such promotional offer will be as described in materials communicating the applicable offer.) Although Members may complete additional workouts on Peloton® equipment, only one (1) workout per day will qualify for Bonus Points as a Qualifying Workout. . (Please allow two to three weeks from completion of a Qualifying Workout for Bonus Points to be credited to your World of Hyatt account.) Please note that all points awarded through this opportunity are Bonus Points and no Member will earn World of Hyatt Base Points via a Qualifying Workout.

Limitations

For purposes of clarity, any Peloton® workout that is not completed on Eligible Peloton® Equipment (including, without limitation, workouts on/via the Peloton® Tread/Tread+ or Peloton® Guide, or workouts completed without physical Peloton® equipment, such as within the Peloton® app or via a Hyatt in-room entertainment system) are not a Qualifying Workout, even if they are completed at a Peloton® Participating Property. No such ineligible workout will earn Bonus Points in the World of Hyatt Program.

In some cases, a Hyatt property that is not a Peloton® Participating Property may have Peloton® equipment available for guest use and/or a Peloton® Participating Property may have available for guest use Peloton® equipment that is not Eligible Peloton® Equipment. No workout on any such Peloton® equipment will constitute a Qualifying Workout under these Peloton® Earning Terms.  

If you believe that you completed a Qualifying Workout but were not credited with Bonus Points for that workout (and more than three weeks has passed since your workout), please contact a Hyatt Global Care Center for assistance within one (1) year of the date of the workout.

Hyatt will have no obligation or liability to any Member where a property ceases to be a Peloton® Participating Property after the Member books their reservation, but before completion of their stay, or where a Member is unable to participate in this earning opportunity because a Peloton® Participating Property’s Eligible Peloton® Equipment is out of service, inaccessible, or otherwise unavailable for some or all of the Member’s stay or for a Qualifying Workout.

General Terms & Conditions

Without limiting any other right under the Program Terms, Hyatt reserves the right to withhold Bonus Points, withdraw previously awarded Bonus Points, and/or disqualify any Member from future participation in this earning opportunity in the event that Hyatt determines or reasonably suspects that the Member has attempted to earn Bonus Points through any fraudulent or deceptive means, including, without limitation, encouraging or allowing any other person to complete a Qualifying Workout under that Member’s Peloton® account or not personally completing a Qualifying Workout.

Hyatt may, at any time and without notice, modify, discontinue, or terminate this earning opportunity or these Peloton® Earning Terms.  Hyatt will notify you of changes to these Peloton® Earning Terms by posting them on the World of Hyatt website and may (in its discretion) also notify you by email or mail to the address then associated with your Program account. Any updated terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or upon such later date as specified by Hyatt. These Peloton® Earning Terms may only be modified in accordance with this section.

Hyatt is not responsible for your account with Peloton® or any Peloton® policies relating thereto, your transactions with Peloton®, Peloton’s marketing activities, or Peloton’s use of information you provide it.
