(Effective January 9, 2025)

These terms and conditions (“The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms”) govern participation in the World of Hyatt program (“Program”) by participating properties operating as part of the greater The Venetian Resort Las Vegas (“The Venetian Resort”) and detail the benefits available to World of Hyatt Members at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties (defined below). These The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms are part of the World of Hyatt Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) that govern the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Terms, including these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms. In the event of a conflict between these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms and the rest of the Terms, these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms shall govern with regard to participation in the World of Hyatt Program by the Participating The Venetian Resort Properties. Certain items, however, are only addressed in the Terms, and, unless directly contradicted in these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms, the Terms shall also apply to Members staying at the Participating The Venetian Properties.

As used throughout these The Venetian Resort - World of Hyatt Terms, the terms “Hyatt,” “our,” “we,” “us,” and other similar terms may refer to one or more of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, Hyatt International Corporation, Select Hotels Group, LLC, and one or more of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates. These particular terms are used for convenience only and are not intended as a precise designation of any one particular entity.

PARTICIPATING THE VENETIAN RESORT PROPERTIES

The term “Participating The Venetian Resort Properties” refers to guest accommodations at The Venetian hotel, The Palazzo hotel, or any other property operated as part of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas where such property can be booked directly through Hyatt’s website, mobile app, WeChat mini app, or call centers (“Hyatt Booking Channels”).

Notwithstanding the foregoing and unless otherwise expressly indicated by Hyatt in writing, the Hyatt Booking Channels DO NOT include:

(a) VenetianLasVegas.com, contacting The Venetian Resort’s central reservation system or a Participating The Venetian Resort Property directly, or any other booking channel offered or operated by The Venetian Resort (collectively, the “The Venetian Booking Channels”); today.

(b) Apple Vacations, FunJet Vacations, Travel Impressions, Cheap Caribbean, Beachbound, Southwest Vacations, Blue Sky Tours Hawaii, United Vacations, nor any other entity operated by Apple Leisure Group as part of its ALG Vacations business line.. 

No rate published on any such channel will be deemed an Eligible Rate for purposes of the Program or these The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms.

Please note that certain requirements and restrictions (e.g., minimum length of stay requirements, minimum advance booking dates, etc.) and/or special cancellation, deposit, and other policies may apply at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties.

If you are a member of The Venetian Resort’s Venetian Rewards loyalty program (“Venetian Rewards”), please note that you may not receive or exercise both The Venetian Benefits in the World of Hyatt Program and any benefits/awards in the Venetian Rewards program for the same stay at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property. Stays at a The Venetian Resort property that are booked through any The Venetian Booking Channel or any booking channel other than directly through a Hyatt Booking Channel (all of which are an “Ineligible Rate” for purposes of the Program Terms) are ineligible for The Venetian Benefits in the World of Hyatt Program. If you are a member of both the World of Hyatt Program and the Venetian Rewards program, please consider this requirement before determining how you elect to book your stay.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To earn or redeem World of Hyatt points or enjoy any other World of Hyatt benefits at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property (collectively, “The Venetian Benefits”), you must be a World of Hyatt Member in good standing and book your stay at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property through a Hyatt Booking Channel. Stays at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties are not eligible for The Venetian Benefits if they are booked through The Venetian Booking Channels or through any other means or channels except Hyatt Booking Channels.

EARNING WORLD OF HYATT POINTS & TIER-QUALIFYING NIGHT CREDITS AT PARTICIPATING THE VENETIAN RESORT PROPERTIES

A Member will earn one (1) credit for a Tier-Qualifying Night in the Program for every night that the Member (i) stays at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property; (ii) books the stay through a Hyatt Booking Channel, (iii) either pays an Eligible Rate or redeems points for a Free Night Award; and (iv) associates their valid World of Hyatt Program membership number with the reservation at the time of booking (each an “Eligible The Venetian Night”). Please note that a Member cannot associate their World of Hyatt Program membership number with a reservation during their stay at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property or by contacting The Venetian Resort or the property directly. (A member who does not associate their World of Hyatt Program Membership number with a reservation at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property that would otherwise qualify as an Eligible The Venetian Night may request retroactive credit for their stay within one (1) year of the checkout date by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center as described in the Terms.)

“Eligible The Venetian Room Spend” means the amount of any Eligible Rate paid for an Eligible The Venetian Night. “Eligible The Venetian Incidental Spend” means any incidental charges charged directly to the Member’s room/guest folio during an eligible stay at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property for charges incurred at a dining or retail outlet or spa owned and managed by The Venetian Resort, as well as resort fees paid on an Eligible The Venetian Night. Eligible The Venetian Incidental Spend excludes any and all of the following: purchases of alcohol (for in-room dining or at venue at or affiliated with The Venetian Resort); any event tickets, admission costs, or other entertainment expenses; gambling or casino charges; parking charges; taxes; gratuities; charges at any dining or retail location within The Venetian Resort that is NOT owned and/or managed by The Venetian Resort itself; non-stay charges or charges of any kind billed to a Member’s room/guest folio for any night stayed at The Venetian Resort that does not qualify as an Eligible The Venetian Night. None of these charges constitute Eligible The Venetian Incidental Spend and none will be eligible to earn World of Hyatt points under any circumstances. Eligible The Venetian Room Spend and Eligible The Venetian Incidental Spend are referred to collectively in these Terms as “Eligible The Venetian Spend.”

A Member will earn five (5) Base Points for each whole U.S. dollar or U.S. dollar equivalent spent by that Member on Eligible The Venetian Spend. Member must be a registered guest at the time the Eligible The Venetian Spend is incurred, unless otherwise specifically stated as part of a promotion or special offer. World of Hyatt Members with elite status will also receive their respective Program point bonuses on Eligible The Venetian Spend. Members will only receive points and Tier-Qualifying Night credit for qualifying charges and stays at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property after the Member has checked out of their stay.

No The Venetian Resort property (including, without limitation, the Participating The Venetian Resort Properties) participates in World of Hyatt Program earning opportunities for travel advisors (whether under the Travel Advisor Terms or the Hyatt Privé or Hyatt Leverage programs), and no travel advisor will earn any Tier-Qualifying Night credit or other Program benefit based on Eligible The Venetian Spend. Meetings and/or events booked and held at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties are not Qualifying Events pursuant to the Terms (as described in Appendix D) and are not eligible to earn Bonus Points or credit towards elite status in the Program.

Only the Member directly associated with Eligible The Venetian Spend will earn Program credit for such activity. Points for a single reservation may not be shared by more than one Member. A Member may earn points on Eligible Venetian Spend they pay for up to three (3) rooms per night (Member’s room and two (2) additional rooms) within the same Participating The Venetian Resort Property. (The Member must be a registered guest and occupy at least one of the rooms. The Member will earn Base Points for Eligible The Venetian Spend on each of the room rates, but the Member will only earn Tier-Qualifying Night credits for the one (1) room they actually occupy.)

Members cannot, in lieu of World of Hyatt points, opt to earn benefits with any third party (such as Partner Loyalty Points with a participating airline or other point substitutes) as a result of Eligible The Venetian Spend.

Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days after your qualifying activity for points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits to be credited to your World of Hyatt account. Members who were not properly credited for any points or Tier-Qualifying Night credit(s) earned in connection with a stay at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property may request an adjustment within one (1) year of the check-out date of the applicable stay by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center. In some instances (such as shortened stays, no-shows, and late cancellations), points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits may be removed the Member’s account.

Please note that, while The Venetian Resort properties are not Hyatt hotels or resorts for purposes of the Program Terms, staying any Eligible The Venetian Night booked and completed on or after January 9, 2025, will count towards earning a Brand Explorer Award in the World of Hyatt Program as a qualifying stay at the “The Venetian Resort” brand. (The Participating The Venetian Resort Properties will count as a single brand for purposes of earning credit towards this award even though individual properties at The Venetian Resort may be independently branded.)

REDEEMING WORLD OF HYATT POINTS FOR FREE NIGHT AWARDS AT PARTICIPATING THE VENETIAN RESORT PROPERTIES

World of Hyatt points can be redeemed for a Free Night Award at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties, subject to availability at the applicable property. The number of points necessary to secure a Free Night Award for a particular room type at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property on a particular night will be as indicated on the Hyatt Booking Channels and will include all applicable taxes and fees.

The number of points required to redeem a Free Night Award at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property may depend on the number of guests that will occupy the room and Members are responsible for accurately identifying the total number of guests when making a reservation. Failure to accurately identify the correct number of guests when making a reservation may result in the Member having their reservation cancelled. Free Night Awards at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties may only be booked in the name of the Member making the reservation and are not eligible to be gifted.

Awards redeemed for accommodations at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property are subject to the reservation requirements of the individual Participating The Venetian Resort Property at which Member is redeeming an award, including such property’s cancellation policy. If a Member cancels an Award Reservation at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property in compliance with the applicable property’s cancellation policy, any corresponding points that have been deducted from the Member’s account will be returned to the account. If a Member does not follow the proper cancellation policy for the applicable property or if a Member does not check in when scheduled, the provisions on untimely cancellation or no-shows from Appendix B of the Program Terms will apply to the Member.

No other Program award may be redeemed at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property unless otherwise specified by Hyatt in other terms and conditions applicable to a particular award. Without limiting the foregoing, the following types of award are not redeemable at any The Venetian Resort property: Free Night Awards other than those secured through the redemption of points (including, without limitation, Brand Explorer Awards), Points + Cash Awards, any kind of Room Upgrade Award (whether secured by point redemption or otherwise), Guest of Honor Awards, Dining, Spa & More Awards, or Future Meeting Credits.

IN-HOTEL BENEFITS NOT OFFERED FOR WORLD OF HYATT MEMBERS STAYING AT PARTICIPATING THE VENETIAN RESORT PROPERTIES

Please also note that the In-hotel Benefits provided to Members when they stay at a Hyatt hotel or resort are not provided to Members staying at Participating The Venetian Resort Properties, except that elite Program members with Discoverist status or higher will, when staying on an Eligible The Venetian Night at a Participating The Venetian Resort Property:

• Receive a room upgrade where available at check-in;
• Receive early check-in and checkout as late as 2:00pm (each upon request and subject to availability); and
• Have access to a dedicated check-in area for elite Program members.

NO OTHER WORLD OF HYATT CONNECTION

Except as expressly set forth in these The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms or in separately posted terms and conditions, Members are entitled to no other reward, benefit, right, experience, or other aspect of their World of Hyatt membership and may not redeem any other type of award in connection with activities or other engagement with The Venetian Resort or a Participating The Venetian Resort Property. For example, Members are not entitled to receive complimentary bottled water, guaranteed availability, free parking, club lounge access, waived resort, destination or facility fees, Guest of Honor privileges, or any other Program benefit not specified herein. Unless otherwise noted in these The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms or in separately posted terms and conditions, Participating The Venetian Resort Properties are not Point Properties and are not considered a “Hyatt hotel or resort” under the Terms, provided that Participating The Venetian Resort Properties will be treated as a Hyatt hotel or resort for the limited purpose of earning Bonus Points via spend on a Hyatt-branded Credit Card.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are always striving to make the Program benefits better and – because they are evolving over time – we may change or discontinue all or any part of the benefits, at any time and without notice, at our discretion as described in the Terms. (This may include, without limitation, complete discontinuance of participation in the Program by The Venetian Resort or individual properties ceasing to participate as a Participating The Venetian Resort Property.) Any such discontinuation or termination may impact the availability of Program benefits for stays with a check-out date after the effective date of such change, even if booked before the announcement of the change.

As also described in the Terms, we may modify these The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms from time-to-time. Hyatt will notify you of changes to these The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms by posting them on the World of Hyatt site and may also notify you by email or mail to the address then associated with your Program account. The updated The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or upon such later date as specified by Hyatt. Unless otherwise stated, the updated The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms will apply to your participation in the Program beginning as of their effective date. These The Venetian Resort – World of Hyatt Terms may only be modified in accordance with this section.
