Terms and Conditions for World of Hyatt Participation as a Travel Advisor

(Updated & Effective May 23, 2025)

These terms and conditions govern participation in the World of Hyatt Program by Travel Advisors (defined below) (“Travel Advisor Terms”). In order to participate in the Program as a travel advisor, an individual must (a) be World of Hyatt Member, (b) be employed by or the owner of an eligible IATA-accredited travel agency and (c) have a valid IATA, TIDS, or CLIA number that can be associated with reservations made on behalf of the advisor’s clients (“Travel Advisor”). Hyatt Privé Advisors are also eligible to earn credit in the World of Hyatt Program under these Travel Advisor Terms, as further detailed in the Hyatt Privé Program Terms

Note that these Travel Advisor Terms apply where a Travel Advisor is not making a reservation through the Hyatt Privé program. Participation in the Hyatt Privé program by eligible travel advisors is subject to separate terms available here. No Travel Advisor may earn credit in the Program through both these Travel Advisor Terms and the Hyatt Privé program for any single reservation.

Travel Advisors may earn Tier-Qualifying Night credits in the Program when they arrange for their clients to complete an eligible stay at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort. To do so, a Travel Advisor must make a qualifying reservation for a registered guest (other than the Travel Advisor) paying an Eligible Rate for a stay at a Point Property (subject to the exclusions below) and such reservation must be booked directly through Hyatt.com or the World of Hyatt app or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center or the participating Point Property directly (collectively, the “Qualifying Booking Channels”).

The Travel Advisor must provide their own Program membership number, as well as their IATA, TIDS, or CLIA number, when making the reservation or prior to check-in. (Travel Advisors may not request retroactive credit where their Program membership number has not been applied to a reservation prior to check-in.)

For every five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000 USD) of Eligible Rate paid – cumulatively – by registered guests for [a] qualifying reservation[s] booked by and associated with the Travel Advisor with checkout dates within a single Calendar Year, the Travel Advisor will receive two (2) Tier-Qualifying Night credits in the Program for that Calendar Year– up to a maximum of sixty (60) Tier-Qualifying Night credits each Calendar Year.

Destination by Hyatt Residences, UrCove hotels, and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt properties do not participate in this aspect of the Program and no spend at any such property will be eligible to earn credit in the Program under these Travel Advisor Terms. Standard, StandardX, Bunkhouse, Impression by Secrets, Secrets, Dreams, Breathless, Zoëtry, Alua, Sunscape, and other Legacy AMR Collection properties (as defined in the Program terms) that participate in the Program are eligible for Travel Advisor earning subject to these Travel Advisor Terms provided that the qualifying reservation at any such property must be made through Hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app, Hyatt's WeChat mini app, or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center. Reservations made directly with the property or through hyattinclusivecollection.com do not constitute a Qualifying Booking Channel and are not eligible. Reservations booked with an Ineligible Rate or through any method other than a Qualifying Booking Channel – including (except as set forth in the Hyatt Privé Program Terms) through any global distribution system (GDS) – are ineligible.
