1.    How do I participate in the promotion?
To participate in the promotion, you must:

2.    What are the registration dates for the promotion?
Members may register for the promotion between February 21, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. CT and April 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. CT.

3.    When do my qualifying nights and stays need to occur to be eligible for the promotion? 
To be eligible for the promotion, you must first register and then complete the night and stay requirements outlined in question 1c and 1d above. Only nights and stays after registration and completed during the Promotion Period will qualify.

4.    How does the promotion work?
Members must register for the promotion and then provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the time of check-in.

All members must be registered for the promotion and provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the time of check-in. Members may choose to earn Base Points, miles, or MGM Tier Credits for their stay, but only Bonus Points are awarded under this promotion.

5.   Will qualifying activity before I register count toward the promotion?
No, only qualifying activity following registration and during the Promotion Period will count toward the promotion.

6.   What is an Eligible Stay?
For the purpose of this offer, an Eligible Stay is defined as a stay at a participating hotel where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a Free Night award. Back-to-back nights at the same hotel will be considered one Eligible Stay. A hotel must be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of your stay for it to qualify as an Eligible Stay.  See complete terms and conditions on hyatt.com for a list of participating MGM Rewards destinations and Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties. Only Eligible Stays after registration will qualify. Only stays with checkout dates after registration and between March 20 and May 26, 2023, will qualify.  Please note that not all Inclusive Collection properties are participating in World of Hyatt as of the launch of the promotion.

7.   What is an Eligible Night?
For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Night” is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award for at least one night of their stay.

8.   Is there a minimum length of stay requirement?
No, there is no minimum length of stay requirement. However, for the purposes of this promotion and bonus offer, consecutive nights at the same hotel constitute one stay (even if you check out and check back in).

9.   I have registered for the promotion and have a stay on March 19 with a checkout on March 20, 2023. Will the night count towards the promotion 
Yes, Eligible Nights completed between March 20 and May 26, 2023, will count toward the promotion. This would count as the first stay needed to start earning. However, it will not earn Bonus Points.

10.  I have registered for the promotion and have a stay on May 26 with a checkout on May 27, 2023. Will the night count towards the promotion?
No, only Eligible Nights on stays completed between March 20 and May 26, 2023, will count toward the promotion. 

11.  Do eligible nights during the promotion period have to be consecutive in order to earn the point bonus?
Eligible nights do not need to be consecutive to qualify for earning Bonus Points.

12.  If I pay for more than one room during the same stay, will the qualifying activity from each room count toward the promotion?
No, a member will only receive credit for the qualifying activity for the room the member occupies during the Promotion Period.

13.  Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this promotion? 
Eligible methods of payment include cash, Points + Cash, check, or major credit cards or debit/bank cards. Eligible methods of payment exclude, without limitation, hotel “House Accounts,” charges settled by a company or organization, charges billed to a guest room/folio or unit at a Hyatt-branded residence, Hyatt-branded gift cards, Hyatt gift cheques, or property-specific gift card/certificates.

In order for a member to earn points or tier-night credit, the bill for qualifying charges must be in that member’s name and the member must personally pay for all charges.  If a member’s night is charged back to a Master Account, the night will not be considered qualifying and will not count as an eligible night or be eligible toward earning in the promotion.

14.  Will I receive World of Hyatt Base Points for my stay in addition to the Bonus Points?    
Yes, as a World of Hyatt member you will earn the standard five (5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent if you choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points for your stay. Elite members will also earn their tier bonus  

15.  Can I choose Partner Loyalty Points or MGM Rewards Tier Credits for my stay and earn Bonus Points for qualifying nights and stays during the Promotion Period? 
Yes, you can choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points, Partner Loyalty Points or MGM Rewards Tier Credits for each qualifying Eligible Stay and still earn Bonus Points in conjunction with this promotion. If a member chooses to earn Partner Loyalty Points or MGM Rewards tier credits, the bonus under this offer will still be awarded in World of Hyatt Bonus Points.

16.  Will new members be automatically registered for this promotion?
No, all new members must register for the promotion before their stays/nights will count toward the promotion.

17.  Is this offer combinable with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with other offers unless specified in the terms and conditions of an offer.

18.  When will Bonus Points appear in my account?
Please allow two to four weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account. 

19.  Where can I see how many Bonus Points I have earned for my qualifying activity in this promotion? 
To see how many Bonus Points you have earned, open the app, click on Account and view Past Activity or visit hyatt.com and log in to your World of Hyatt account, click on the Account section and view Past Activity.

20.  How can I use the Bonus Points I earn in this promotion?
Points can be redeemed for rewards like free nights and upgrades, dining and spa services at Hyatt hotels and resorts, nights at participating MGM Resort destinations in Las Vegas, participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties, Lindblad expeditions, Miraval award nights and more. 21.  Do Bonus Points earned with this promotion count toward earning elite membership? 
No, only Base Points count towards earning elite membership. For details on how Base Points can be earned see the World of Hyatt program terms.

22.  Can I earn the 3,000 Bonus Points for qualifying nights during the Promotion Period at participating MGM Rewards Destinations, Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties and Lindblad Expeditions? 
Yes, eligible nights at participating MGM Rewards destination, Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties and Lindblad Expeditions completed during the Promotion Period will count. See Question 7 for more details on eligible nights.  

23.  Can I earn the 3,000 Bonus Points for nights at hotels that were originally a part of the Apple Leisure Group’s AMR Collection?
Yes, most properties in Apple Leisure Group’s AMR Collection will participate in this promotion. 24.   Will both World of Hyatt Consumer Credit Cardmembers and World of Hyatt Business Credit Cardmembers be eligible for the World of Hyatt Consumer and Business Credit Card Bonus offer? 
Yes, all World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers in good standing can register to participate in the promotion. 

25.   For the Cardmember bonus offer, when can I begin earning 500 Bonus Points?
World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers will begin earning 500 Bonus Points after registration and have completed at least two eligible nights at a participating hotel in 10 cities.

26.   Can I earn the Cardmember bonus offer of 500 Bonus Points for qualifying stays during the Promotion Period at participating MGM Rewards destinations, Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties and Lindblad Expeditions? 
While the Cardmember bonus offer is available for eligible stays completed during the Promotion Period at participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties in select 10 cities, the Cardmember bonus offer is not available for stays at MGM Rewards destinations and Lindblad Expeditions.

27.   Can new World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers participate in the promotion?  
Yes, all new World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers may participate in this promotion. All Cardmembers must register before their stays/nights will count toward the promotion. Registered members who become World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers will earn Bonus Points and Bonus Nights as outlined in Question 4.
