2. Who is eligible for this promotion?
This is a targeted promotion. To participate, you must have received this promotion from Hyatt and be a World of Hyatt member in good standing.

3. What do I earn with this promotion?
You may earn the following under this promotion: one (1) Category 1–4 Free Night Award after accumulating a total of USD $1,500 in Eligible Non-Stay Charges for food and beverage purchases at participating outlets at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in Chinese Mainland, India, Korea, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore during the promotion period. A maximum of one (1) Free Night award may be earned under this promotion.

4. When do my purchases need to be made to qualify?
Eligible Non-Stay Charges must be made during the Promotion Period at participating outlets at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in Chinese Mainland, India, Korea, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The applicable spend requirement may be met through multiple eligible transactions during the Promotion Period and does not need to be met in a single transaction.

5. What counts as an “Eligible Non-Stay Charge”?
Eligible Non-Stay Charges are food and beverage purchases made at participating restaurants and bars that:

• Are not charged to a hotel room or folio, and
• Are paid directly at the outlet using an Eligible Method of Payment.

6. What payment methods are considered eligible?
Eligible payments include direct payment at the outlet using accepted forms of payment. The following are not eligible:

• Charges billed to a hotel room or folio
• Company or organization payments
• Gift cards, gift cheques, property issued certificates, or point/award redemptions

7. Are alcoholic beverages included?
Alcoholic beverage purchases may be excluded in certain jurisdictions due to local laws.

8. How do I ensure I receive my Free Night Award?
You must register for the offer and provide your World of Hyatt membership number and a valid ID at the time of purchase and meet the minimum spend amount during the promotion period.

9. When will I see the Free Night Award in my account?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after meeting the applicable qualifying spend requirement for the Free Night Award to appear in your World of Hyatt account.
