1. How do I participate in the promotion?
To participate in the promotion, you must:

a.  Be a World of Hyatt member in good standing. To join for free, visit World of Hyatt today.
b.  Register for the promotion between Tuesday, October 28, 2025 and Sunday, March 22nd, 2026 at Hyatt.com/HVC-3K-points or by calling a Global Care Center.
c.  Then you’ll receive 3,000 Bonus Points for every Eligible Night at participating Hyatt Vacation Club properties on nights completed after registration and between Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 to Sunday, March 29th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), up to 30,000 Bonus Points under this promotion.

2. What are the registration dates for the promotion?  
Members may register for the promotion between Tuesday, October 28, 2025 and Sunday, March 22nd, 2026.  

3. When do my nights need to occur to qualify for the promotion? 
Eligible Nights must be completed after registration and during the Promotion Period to qualify. Eligible Nights must be on stays completed by March 29, 2026.

4. How does the promotion work?
Members must register for the promotion and then provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the time of booking or check-in.

You will receive 3,000 Bonus Points for every Eligible Night completed after registration and during the Promotion Period at participating Hyatt Vacation Club properties, up to a maximum of 30,000 Bonus Points under this offer. Eligible Nights must be on stays completed by March 29, 2026.

Promotion is not valid at properties that do not participate in World of Hyatt at the time of booking or your stay.

5. What is an Eligible Night?
For the purpose of this promotion, an Eligible Night is defined as a night at a participating property where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a Free Night Award. A property must be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of your reservation and stay for it to qualify as an Eligible Night. Only Eligible Nights after registration and during the Promotion Period will qualify.

6. Is there a minimum length of stay requirement?
No, there is no minimum length of stay requirement.

7. Do Eligible Nights during the promotion period have to be consecutive in order to earn the point bonus?
Eligible nights do not need to be consecutive to qualify for earning Bonus Points.

8. If I pay for more than one room during the same stay, will the qualifying activity from each room count toward the promotion? 
No, a member will only receive credit for the qualifying activity for the room the member occupies during the Promotion Period.

9. Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this promotion? 
Eligible methods of payment include cash, Points + Cash, check, or major credit cards debit/bank cards, World of Hyatt Free Night Awards, World of Hyatt promotional Free Night Awards, or World of Hyatt Points + Cash awards, Direct Billing (DB). Eligible methods of payment exclude, without limitation, hotel “House Accounts,” charges settled by a company or organization, charges billed to a guest room/folio or unit at a Hyatt-branded residence, Hyatt-branded gift cards, Hyatt gift cheques, or property-specific gift card/certificates.

In order for a member to earn Bonus Points under this promotion, the bill for qualifying charges must be in that member’s name and the member must personally pay for all charges.  If a member’s night is charged back to a Master Account, the night will not be considered an Eligible Night and will not count for this promotion.

10. Will I receive World of Hyatt Base Points for my stay in addition to the Bonus Points? 
Yes, as a World of Hyatt member, you will earn the standard five (5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent if you choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points for your stay. Elite members will also earn their tier bonus.  

11. Will new members be automatically registered for this promotion?No, all new members must register for the promotion before their stays/nights will count toward the promotion.

12. Is this offer combinable with other offers?
No, this offer cannot be combined with other offers unless specified in the terms and conditions of an offer.

13. When will Bonus Points appear in my account?
Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account. 

14. Where can I see how many Bonus Points I have earned for my qualifying activity in this promotion?
