3. What do I earn with this promotion?

4. When do my purchases need to be made to qualify?

The applicable spend requirement may be met through multiple eligible transactions during the Promotion Period and does not need to be met in a single transaction.

5. What counts as an “Eligible Non‑Stay Charge”?
Eligible Non‑Stay Charges are food and beverage purchases made at participating restaurants and bars that:

• Are not charged to a hotel room or folio, and
• Are paid directly at the outlet using an Eligible Method of Payment.

6. What payment methods are considered eligible?
Eligible payments include direct payment at the outlet using accepted forms of payment. The following are not eligible:

• Charges billed to a hotel room or folio
• Company or organization payments
• Gift cards, gift cheques, property‑issued certificates, or point/award redemptions

7. Are alcoholic beverages included?
Alcoholic beverage purchases may be excluded in certain jurisdictions due to local laws.

8. How do I ensure I receive my Tier-Qualifying Night credits?

9. When will I see the Tier-Qualifying Night credits in my account?
