Make the most out of each stay and receive in-hotel benefits when you pay an eligible rate or redeem an award night. Achieve status for qualifying activity each calendar year.
In-Hotel Benefits

Certain World of Hyatt benefits are only experienced once the member has arrived at a participating property (e.g., complimentary internet). These “in-hotel benefits” are provided for the member on a night when he/she (a) has paid an eligible rate or (b) has redeemed certain stay-based awards (e.g., a free night award). In-hotel benefits vary by membership tier and by participating hotel, resort, or other property.

Eligible Rates

An “eligible rate” is any room rate for a participating hotel, resort, or other property that is published by Hyatt (including rates found on hyatt.com without the application of a discount code, and Hyatt’s “Standard Rate,” “Volume Account Rates,” “Senior Citizen Rate,” and the monetary portion of any Points + Cash award), or, for Miraval properties, published by Miraval, respectively.

Eligible rates exclude free night awards, complimentary nights awarded in connection with Miraval’s Authentic Circle Program, rooms booked on third-party online retailers, traditional wholesale rates (e.g., GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, Tourico, and Hotelbeds), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, media rates, Club at the Hyatt discount stays, Hyatt employee or employee family or friends-and-family discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers, or contracted rooms.

Qualifying Activity

NIGHTS
Only nights for which the member stays at a participating World of Hyatt location and pays an eligible rate or redeems a free night award count towards earning tier status and benefits in the program.

 

POINTS
Only Base Points – and not Bonus Points – count towards earning tier status and benefits in the World of Hyatt program. Base Points may be earned though qualifying World of Hyatt spend.

 

MEETINGS/EVENTS
To count towards earning tier status in the World of Hyatt program, a qualifying meeting, conference, gathering, or event must include occupation of not fewer than ten paid guest rooms for the same night (or multiple nights) - in addition to satisfying other requirements.

Milestone Rewards

  • Completely separate from elite status, Milestone Rewards are available to everyone and are based on the number of nights you stay in a calendar year.
  • Rewards begin after 20 qualifying nights and continue for each 10 qualifying nights, up to 100 nights.
  • Rewards include bonus points , free night awards, suite upgrade awards and more.
The chart below includes all the ways you can earn Milestone Rewards as you complete Qualifying Nights or earn Base Points each calendar year.

 Free night, room upgrade, Club Lounge access, and FIND experience awards are subject to expiration as set out in the program terms. Room upgrade and Club Lounge access awards are valid when paying an eligible rate or when redeeming points for a free night or Points + Cash award at a participating location. All Milestone Rewards are subject to important restrictions on earning and use. Lifetime Globalists receive some Milestone Rewards without needing to satisfy the yearly earning requirements.
