1. How do I participate in the promotion?
You must be a recipient of this offer to participate.
2. What are the registration dates for the promotion?
World of Hyatt Members that are a recipient of this offer are preregistered to participate.
3. What are the qualifying stay dates for the promotion?
Eligible stays that are booked and completed between June 1 and September 30, 2019.
4. How does the promotion work?
You will receive 2,000 Bonus Points after completing each of your first two (2) eligible stays at a Hyatt Centric hotel worldwide between June 1, 2019 and September 30, 2019 (“Promotion Period.”) A maximum of 4,000 Bonus Points may be earned during Promotional Period. For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” is defined as any stay where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award for at least one night of their stay.
5. I have a stay with a check-in date within the promotion period but a checkout date outside of the promotion period. Will I earn Bonus Points for my stays during the promotion period?
Only booked and completed Eligible Stays within the promotion period will earn the Bonus Points.
6. What is considered an Eligible Stay?
For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” is defined as any stay where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award for at least one night of their stay. Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the World of Hyatt program. 7. If I pay for more than one room, will I receive Bonus Points on qualifying stays for all rooms?
A member will only earn Bonus Points for the room he/she occupies during the offer period.
8. Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this offer?
Most forms of payment are accepted as long as the member is a registered member and paying an Eligible Rate. If a member’s stay is charged back to a Master Account, the stay will not be considered qualifying and will not count as an Eligible Stay or be eligible toward earning in the offer.
9. Can I earn Bonus Points for qualifying stays during the offer period at other Hyatt hotels and resorts?
No, only Eligible Stays at Hyatt Centric hotels count toward this offer.
10. Will I receive World of Hyatt Base Points for my stay in addition to the Bonus Points?
Yes, as a World of Hyatt member, you will earn the standard five (5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent. Elite members will still earn their tier bonus.
11. When will I receive my Bonus Points?
Your Bonus Points will be posted to your membership account as you complete the criteria. Please allow two to three weeks after staying qualifying nights for the Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.
12. Where can I see how many Bonus Points I have earned for my qualifying nights during the promotion?
To see how many Bonus Points you have earned, visit worldofhyatt.com. Access your account with your World of Hyatt membership number/user name, last name, and password and click on the My Account section.
13. Will I be able to redeem the Bonus Points I earn during the promotion anywhere?
Bonus Points earned in this promotion can be redeemed at any Hyatt hotel or resort, Miraval, or participating M life resort destination.
