(Effective October 15, 2024)

These World of Hyatt Credit Card Supplemental Earning Terms (“CC Earning Terms”) are part of the World of Hyatt Terms & Conditions, available at hyatt.com/terms (“Program Terms”). If you are the holder of a Hyatt-branded credit card issued by Chase, the Rewards Program Agreement between you and Chase, as well as the Program Terms, govern your receipt of Program benefits through use of the card. These CC Earning Terms augment the Program Terms and address some additional limitations on the earning of Bonus Points through use of a Hyatt-branded credit card, beyond those described in the Rewards Program Agreement. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Program Terms, including these CC Earning Terms. Capitalized terms used, but not defined in these CC Earning Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them in the Program Terms.

Purchases That Do Not Qualify as Being Made at a “Hyatt Hotel or Resort”

The following will not earn 4 Bonus Points for each $1 spent for purposes of the World of Hyatt Credit Card or the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card, as none qualifies as a purchase made at a Hyatt hotel or resort participating in the World of Hyatt Program:

• Purchases made at restaurants and shops that are located at a World of Hyatt hotel or resort, but that are not operated by the hotel/resort
• Purchases made at any property that does not participate in World of Hyatt, including as described in the Program Terms
• Purchases made via Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt
• Purchases made at hotels and resorts available through Mr & Mrs Smith (except purchases paid in full at the time of booking on eligible Hyatt channels and Eligible Mr & Mrs Smith spend made at Participating Mr & Mrs Smith Properties in accordance with the World of Hyatt Mr & Mrs Smith Terms)
• Loan payments associated with Hyatt Vacation Club ownership
  
• Purchases, fees and other payments associated with Unlimited Vacation Club
