Will any of The Venetian Resort properties become Hyatt-branded hotels?
No, The Venetian Resort will stay independent and will not become a Hyatt-branded hotel or resort. (However, as described below, a qualifying stay at a participating The Venetian Resort property that is booked and completed on or after January 9, 2025, will count towards earning a Brand Explorer Award.)

Earning and Redeeming World of Hyatt Points at The Venetian Resort

Can World of Hyatt members earn points and Tier Qualifying Night credits on eligible stays at The Venetian Resort?
Yes, World of Hyatt members can earn points and Tier Qualifying Night credits on eligible stays booked through Hyatt channels at the participating The Venetian Resort Las Vegas properties – The Venetian and The Palazzo. This includes room rate and qualifying incidental spend such as dining and retail at eligible outlets when charged to a member’s room. (Alcohol, taxes, and other exclusions apply. Please refer to the full terms for complete details on eligible incidental spend.) Tier Qualifying Night credits help you achieve or maintain elite status within the World of Hyatt program.

How many World of Hyatt points will I earn for an eligible stay at The Venetian Resort?
World of Hyatt members earn 5 Base Points per eligible dollar spent at participating The Venetian Resort Las Vegas properties (The Venetian and the Palazzo) when booked through Hyatt channels. This includes the room rate, any associated resort or destination fees, and qualifying incidentals at eligible outlets that are charged to the member's room folio during the stay. Eligible outlets include specific dining, retail, and other on-property venues at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas (including The Venetian and The Palazzo) that are owned and managed by The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.  For a list of eligible outlets, please visit https://www.hyatt.com/stay/en-US/lasvv-the-venetian/dining. Elite members (Discoverists, Explorists, and Globalists) will also receive their respective point bonus in addition to Base Points.

How do eligible stays at The Venetian Resort count toward earning Tier Qualifying Night credit(s)?
A member can earn one Tier Qualifying Night credit in the World of Hyatt program for each night the member stays at a participating The Venetian Resort property, books the stay through a Hyatt booking channel, pays an eligible rate or redeems points for a Free Night Award, and associates their World of Hyatt membership number with the stay.   This means that for every night stayed on an eligible booking, members will receive credit toward their tier status within World of Hyatt.

What is considered an eligible stay at a participating The Venetian Resort property for purposes of the World of Hyatt program?
Eligible stays at a participating The Venetian Resort property are those booked by a member through Hyatt channels, like hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app, or a Hyatt Global Care Center, where the member pays an eligible rate or redeems points for a Free Night Award, and associates their membership number with the reservation. If you book directly through The Venetian Resort, Venetian.com or VenetianLasVegas.com, or any other third-party sites, you won't be eligible for World of Hyatt benefits.

Can I earn additional points with my World of Hyatt Credit Card at The Venetian Resort?
Yes, beginning January 9, 2025, World of Hyatt Credit Card holders will earn 4 Bonus Points for every $1 USD spent on eligible spend during their stay at The Venetian Resort, consistent with the earning structure at other participating Hyatt hotels. This is in addition to the 5 Base Points per eligible $1 USD spent as a World of Hyatt member, meaning cardholders can earn 9 points per eligible dollar spent when using their World of Hyatt Credit Card to pay for eligible stays at The Venetian Resort.

Can World of Hyatt members redeem points for stays at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas?
Yes, you can use your World of Hyatt points to book stays at a participating The Venetian Resort property (The Venetian and The Palazzo), when booking through Hyatt channels.

How many World of Hyatt points are needed to book a room at The Venetian Resort?
The Venetian Resort does not participate in World of Hyatt’s standard award redemption categories. However, you can view how many points are required for a particular stay by selecting the “Use Points” option on Hyatt.com or the World of Hyatt app, or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center.

Can I redeem my promotional World of Hyatt awards, such as my Brand Explorer Award, Category 1-4 Free Night Award, Category 1-7 Free Night Award or Ultimate Free Night Award for a stay at The Venetian Resort?
No. Promotional Free Night Awards are not redeemable at The Venetian Resort. Free Night Awards at The Venetian Resort may be secured only by redeeming World of Hyatt points.

No. There are no blackout dates for Free Night Award redemption at participating The Venetian Resort properties, but reservations are subject to availability.

Will The Venetian Resort Las Vegas participate in the Brand Explorer Award?
The Venetian Resort is considered a brand in the World of Hyatt program solely for purposes of the Brand Explorer Award, and a qualifying stay at any participating The Venetian Resort Las Vegas property that is booked and completed on or after January 9, 2025, will count towards for The Venetian Resort brand for earning this award. All participating The Venetian Resort properties are a single brand for purposes of earning this award. Please note that earned Brand Explorer Awards can’t be used at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

Can members of Venetian Rewards earn both Venetian Rewards and World of Hyatt points during their stay?
