3. When do my stays need to occur to qualify for the promotion?
Eligible stays must be completed after registration and during the Promotion Period, which runs from January 20, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Members need to check out by December 31, 2026 for the stay to count for the promotion.

4. How does the promotion work?
Members must register for the promotion and then provide their World of Hyatt membership number at the time of check-in.

5. Is there a minimum length of stay requirement?
Yes, each Eligible Stay must include a minimum of five (5) consecutive nights at the same property.

6. What is an Eligible Stay?
An Eligible Stay is defined as consecutive nights at the same hotel where a member pays an Eligible Rate or redeems a Free Night Award. Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion.

7. Do I need to provide my World of Hyatt membership number?
Yes, you must provide your World of Hyatt membership number at the time of booking or on property prior to checkout.

8. When will Bonus Points appear in my account?
Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.

9. Can I earn Partner Loyalty Points instead of Bonus Points?
No, all points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. If you choose to earn Partner Loyalty Points (i.e. Bonus Miles) as base earning, the bonus will still be awarded in World of Hyatt Bonus Points.

10. Is this offer combinable with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise in the terms and conditions of those offers.

11. If I pay for more than one room during the same stay, will the qualifying activity from each room count toward the promotion? 
No, a member will only receive credit for the qualifying activity for the room the member occupies during the Promotion Period.

12. Will I receive World of Hyatt Base Points for my stay in addition to the Bonus Points?  
Yes, as a World of Hyatt member, you will earn the standard five (5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent at Hyatt House hotels, and two and a half (2.5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent at Hyatt Studios hotels if you choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points for your stay. Elite members will also earn their tier bonus.  

13. Will new members be automatically registered for this promotion? 
No, all new members must register for the promotion before their stays/nights will count toward the promotion. 

14. Where can I see how many Bonus Points I have earned for my qualifying activity in this promotion? 
To see how many Bonus Points you have earned, open the app, click on Account and view Past Activity or visit hyatt.com and log in to your World of Hyatt account, click on the Account section and view Past Activity. 

15. How can I use the Bonus Points I earn in this promotion? 
Points can be redeemed for rewards like free nights and upgrades, dining and spa services at Hyatt hotels and resorts, nights at participating Mr & Mrs Smith properties, Miraval award nights, Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt, and more.
