Terms and Conditions

You must be a member of World of Hyatt in good standing at time of registration and stay and register for the promotion between July 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CT and October 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT to participate. To join World of Hyatt and to register for the promotion, visit hyatt.com/3xpoints-latinamerica. Only Eligible Stays at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in Latin American and the Caribbean completed after registration and between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) will count towards this promotion. All Eligible Stays must be completed by October 31, 2025.

Beginning on your first Eligible Stay after registration and during the Promotion Period, you will receive triple points per Eligible Stay at participating Hyatt hotels in Latin American and the Caribbean. For a property to be participating in the promotion, it needs to be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of the member’s reservation and stay. A maximum of 50,000 Bonus Points may be earned under this promotion. All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. Under this promotion, you will receive ten (10) Bonus Points per eligible U.S. dollar spent on your Eligible Stay. This is in addition to the five (5) Base Points you would earn as your base earning. You must choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points as your base earning for your stay. If a member chooses to earn Bonus Miles, they will not be eligible for this promotion. For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” is defined as any stay where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award. Eligible Stays must be booked directly with Hyatt. Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion. You must provide your World of Hyatt membership number at the time of booking. Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.

1. How do I participate in the promotion?

To participate in the promotion, you must:

a. Be a World of Hyatt member in good standing. To join for free, visit World of Hyatt today.
b. Register for the promotion between July 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CT and October 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT at hyatt.com/3xpoints-latinamerica or by calling a Global Care Center.
c. You’ll receive triple World of Hyatt points for eligible stays at participating Hyatt hotels in Latin American and the Caribbean completed after registration and between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. What are the registration dates for the promotion?
Members may register for the promotion between July 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CT and October 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT.

3. When do my stays need to occur to qualify for the promotion?
To qualify, Eligible Stays must be completed after registration and during the Promotion Period with a checkout date no later than October 31, 2025.

4. How does the promotion work?
Members must register for the promotion and then provide their World of Hyatt membership number. World of Hyatt number can be provided at check-in for participating properties.

Beginning on your first completed Eligible Stay (as defined below) during the Promotion Period, you will receive triple World of Hyatt points for stays at participating Hyatt properties in Latin American and the Caribbean when booked through Hyatt. All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. Only base points are tripled.

Members may choose to earn Base Points or miles for their stay, but only Bonus Points are awarded under this promotion. If a member chooses to earn Bonus Miles, they will not be eligible for this Promotion. Promotion is not valid at hotels that do not participate in World of Hyatt at the time of your stay.

5. What is an Eligible Stay?
For the purpose of this promotion, an Eligible Stay is defined as any stay at a participating hotel where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a Free Night award. A hotel must be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of a member’s stay for it to qualify as an Eligible Stay. Only Eligible Stays after registration and during the Promotion Period will qualify.

6. Is there a minimum length of stay requirement?
No, there is no minimum length of stay requirement.

7. I have registered for the promotion and have a stay on July 31 with a checkout on August 1, 2025. Will the stay count towards the promotion?
Yes, all Eligible Stays with a checkout date after registration and completed during the Promotion Period will count toward the promotion.

8. I have registered for the promotion and have a stay on October 31, 2025, with a checkout on November 1, 2025. Will the stay count towards the promotion?
No, only stays completed during the Promotion Period will count towards the promotion.

9. If I pay for more than one room during the same stay, will I get Bonus Points for each room?
No, a member will only receive Bonus Points for the room that the member occupies during the Promotion Period.

10. Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this promotion?
Eligible methods of payment include cash, Points + Cash, check, or major credit cards debit/bank cards, World of Hyatt Free Night Awards, World of Hyatt promotional Free Night Awards, or World of Hyatt Points + Cash awards, Direct Billing (DB). Eligible methods of payment exclude, without limitation, hotel “House Accounts,” charges settled by a company or organization, charges billed to a guest room/folio or unit at a Hyatt-branded residence, Hyatt-branded gift cards, Hyatt gift cheques, or property-specific gift card/certificates.

In order for a member to earn Bonus Points under this promotion, the bill for qualifying charges must be in that member’s name and the member must personally pay for all charges. If a member’s stay is charged back to a Master Account, the stay will not be considered an Eligible Stay and will not count for this promotion.

11. Will I receive World of Hyatt Base Points for my stay in addition to the Bonus Points?
Yes, as a World of Hyatt member, you will earn the standard five (5) Base Points per eligible dollar spent if you choose to earn World of Hyatt Base Points for your stay. Elite members will also earn their tier bonus.

12. Will new members be automatically registered for this promotion?
No, all new members must register for the promotion before their stays will count toward the promotion.

13. Is this offer combinable with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with other offers unless specified in the terms and conditions of another offer.

14. Where can I see how many Bonus Points I have earned for my qualifying activity in this promotion?
